This website collects only the information that visitors voluntarily submit through contact or reservation request forms.

Contact and reservation forms

Submitted data may include name, email, dates, number of guests and message content. This information is used only to respond to the request and manage communication about a possible stay.

Privacy-friendly analytics

We use first-party, cookie-free analytics to understand visits, page journeys, active time, scroll depth, important clicks, form funnels, validation issues and technical errors. We record the visitor country where the hosting or GeoIP service provides it, together with language, device, browser, operating system, campaign parameters and the referring domain. The full IP address is not stored. To recognise approximate returning visitors, the server creates a permanent pseudonymous hash from the IP address, browser information and a private server secret. The hash is not used for advertising or shared with third-party analytics providers. Raw analytics events are normally retained for up to six months.

Data retention

Messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, reservation handling and legal or accounting purposes.
