Apartment and capacity
Where is Tenerife Golf & Ocean Apartment located?
The apartment is in San Andres Village 31, Golf del Sur, San Miguel de Abona, Tenerife, Spain. It is a quiet base in the south of Tenerife, close to golf, ocean walks and Tenerife South Airport.
How many guests can stay in the apartment?
The standard capacity is 4 guests. The maximum capacity is 5 guests if an extra bed is confirmed on request.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Children are welcome. A baby cot may be available on request.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
No. The apartment is non-smoking.

Bedrooms, bathrooms and amenities
What is the bedroom layout?
Bedroom I is larger and Bedroom II is more compact. Each has two 90 cm single beds that can be arranged separately or joined as a double, plus wardrobe space and air conditioning.
How many bathrooms are there?
There are two bathrooms. Bathroom I has a shower and toilet; Bathroom II has a shower, toilet and washing machine.
Is the apartment suitable for remote work?
Yes. The apartment has 300 Mbps fibre internet and dedicated workspaces, making it well suited to remote work. Longer stays are available on request.
Is there parking?
Yes. Reserved parking is available in the complex.

Golf and location
Is the apartment suitable for golf holidays?
Yes. Golf del Sur is about a 3-minute walk, Amarilla Golf around 12 minutes on foot, Golf Las Américas about 20 minutes by car and Golf Costa Adeje around 25 minutes by car. Guests can also use golf storage, four trolleys and one full set of clubs.
How far is Golf del Sur from the apartment?
Golf del Sur is approximately 3 minutes on foot from the apartment.
How far is Amarilla Golf from the apartment?
Amarilla Golf is approximately 12 minutes on foot from the apartment.
Which other golf courses are practical by car?
Golf Las Américas is about 20 minutes by car and Golf Costa Adeje around 25 minutes away. Abama Golf, Buenavista Golf and several smaller 9-hole courses are also practical options for a longer stay.
Do guests need a car?
A car is not necessary for golf and nearby services, but it is useful for island trips and beaches such as La Tejita and El Médano.
How far is Tenerife South Airport?
Tenerife South Airport is approximately 15 minutes by car.
What beaches are nearby?
La Tejita and El Médano are reachable by car in approximately 15 minutes.
How far is the ocean walk?
The ocean walk is approximately 10 minutes on foot from the apartment.

Booking and stay rules
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is 5 nights.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
Is self check-in available?
Yes. Self check-in is available. Late check-in may be possible on request.
Are there quiet hours?
Yes. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Parties and events are not allowed.
Does the reservation form create an automatic booking?
No. The form is a reservation request only. Availability, final price and practical details are confirmed individually.
Are prices in the calendar final?
Prices shown in the calendar are indicative nightly prices for future free dates where a price is available. Final price and stay conditions are confirmed individually before booking.
What deposit is required?
A 50% deposit is required after the stay is confirmed. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation conditions are confirmed individually before the booking is accepted.
